Classis Chatham is a family of Christian Reformed Churches and ministries along highways 401 and 402 from Windsor to Woodstock to Sarnia in Ontario, Canada.
Representatives of this family of churches meet three times annually and carry on business between meetings through an appointed executive and a Classical Ministry Committee.

Fruitland Special Needs SERVE
Special Needs SERVE is an opportunity for youth/young adult with a disability to be a part of a SERVE experience. These youth/young adults will walk along side of a peer mentor for this5-day event that includes worship, small groups, volunteering at worksites, and community building events. It is a week for youth working together to serve God, and grow and develop in their faith. Special Needs SERVE is run through Youth Unlimited, and will be hosted in Fruitland with support from area churches. This year we are hosting at Fruitland CRC the week of July 20-26, 2018 and we will be on a journey together learning to Love God, Love the World! Interested and want to know more? Mark your calendars ... Wednesday, October 17, 2018 ... is the date for our first annualClassis
Chatham Administrator's Day.
This event is in the planning stage, and whether your a volunteer,
part-time or full-time Administrative Assistant in Classis Chatham, you won't
want to miss this event.
Note: This is not an
event for pastors or council members. It
is being designed specifically for our church administrative
assistants. The purpose is to equip,
educate, network, information share, build community and to support our church
We hope to incorporate sessions (topics) that are specifically to assist
you both administratively, as well as spiritually. We also plan to have a time
to share questions, suggestions and a general "Open Mic" session.
We plan to hold this day somewhere central in our classis and we will send
more details as we approach.
Your organizing committee consists of:

Info re Delegate Selection "Classis shall consist of three
delegates from each church, one minister, one elder and one deacon. When a
Church is vacant or a minister is unable to attend, an elder may be delegated as
a substitute." Please note that there is not a provision to send a
second elder delegate if a deacon delegate is not available to attend, nor a
second deacon if an elder is not available to attend.

Faith and Academics: A FREE Student Dinner Conversation
If you’re a student, you’ve probably experienced the tension between
Christian faith and academic expectations. London area students are invited to
attend a free dinner (5:30pm) and conversation (7pm) on this important topic
on Thursday, June 21 at Western University. Professor of Physics, Dr.
Arnold Sikkema is the Chair of Mathematical Sciences at Trinity Western
University and the past President of the Canadian Scientific and Christian
Affiliation. He will be in conversation with Western campus minister and
professor of theology, Dr. Mike Wagenman. This event will take place in the
University Community Centre, room 38B. Space is limited and RSVPs are required -
